I've moved into NYU again, and have been tradining for the past week for being a residence hall assistant. Basically, I am the facilitator for a floor community for a first-year residence hall's floor, and I also am required to make sure that the residents follow university policies (i.e. no underage drinking, illegal substances, etc.). It's been a heck of a lot to take in and free time has been shot down to a mere minimum. And whatever free time I have, I know I should already be using toward preparing the decorations and amenities on my floor...
So for those who are on my commission queue, sorry for not getting things to you as quickly as I had hoped. But once I do get a good chunk of free time when I'm not running mad trying to get everything ready, I'll definitely be drawing as a de-stresser.

I'm opening up for more commissions, since my queue has been virtually cleared. As a general rule, I'm always open for commissions unless I say otherwise!

It's going to be my birthday very soon! July 26th and I'll no longer be the teenage puppy anymore, hehe!
Anyway - I guess I'll take an interesting twist on this whole thing and be giving you guys pics instead of the other way around! I'll be opening up for commissions!

What? I'm not dead yet?

Hey everyone!
So it's been almost a year since I last posted in the journal, and almost two years since I last posted a piece of art! Shoot... that's pretty bad. But! I'm here, at least to put up an image and a journal entry to let people know I still exist!
Coming back... 5000+ message centre items... not including what must have been the 10,000+ that I deleted every now and then in the past two years...
Anyway, I've been plenty busy, as if you couldn't tell from the inactivity. College's first year was great, I had a ton of fun, and lots of stuff happened! Walking out of the year with a 3.8, was the college mascot (NYU Bobcat!), landed several internships and part time jobs, and made a lot of great, new friends!
I officially joined the Furry community, and I met a lot of great, friendly furs up in the New York City area, and we always have tons of fun! And speaking of which, I'm attending Anthrocon 2005! Which leads to me announcing that I made a Jappo fursuit! My wisdom teeth were pulled out in the beginning of June, and in order to keep my mind occupied and away from cabin fever, I gave myself the project of building a fursuit. It was quite the endeavor, but I was able to finish it, and in a week even! And I'm so excited to be able to run, jump, and play around in it as my fursona!
Next year, I'm going to be the captain of the Bobcat team, and hopefully all will go well with that. I'm hoping to repeat an appearance at the National Mascot Championship in Daytona Beach, FL. I achieved 3rd place in the final round of judging, under Hawaii Pacific University's Sharky, and Georgia Tech's Buzz, with both of whom I still keep in contact.
I'm now technically carrying four jobs in New York City over the summer, although only two of them are constant committment. So I'm a General Business Analyst/Marketing Associate/Web Designer/Freelance Costumed Character. Four different companies, too! It keeps me busy, which I definitely like to be.
Granted, though, I haven't really been hitting the pencil and paper that often. I do get around to sketching something to completion every now and then, and on rare occurrances, I finish them on the computer, such as my Con Badge (which was done by necessity hehe).

I can't think of much else to talk about at the moment, so I guess it's sayonara for now, but hopefully not for as long as the last one was! I promise I'll drop by more often!

Happy Birthday To Me

It's my 18th birthday today! Hooray for me! I'm buying a lotto ticket!
Sorry for my lack of activity (you're probably all tired of hearing this), but despite it being summer, I still have a lot going on. Plus the fact that I get frustrated easily at how bad my pictures look. Ick... I'll go to say it's a lack of motivation, because when I've drawn a few things for friends, I'd be able to make 'em look nice and right away. I have those scans, but I don't feel like putting them up right now. I was sorta hoping to have a small project for myself done for my birthday, but unfortunately I didn't reach my goal.
In other news, I went to Walt Disney World and I want to go back... Long live Mickey Mouse...
